As part of our two-year training programme, we are looking to recruit ambitious trainees who have an interest in working on big-ticket, cross-border work; trainees who are enthusiastic and can work well in teams; trainees who are commercially aware, can accept early responsibility and demonstrate their confidence in a client focussed environment. All these qualities are important, however trainees will be welcomed for their individuality and their ability to contribute to the cutting-edge work we do.

The training period consists of four six-month seats. We guarantee that one of the four seats can be spent in America, Africa, Asia or Europe.
