For the sixth year running, we’re offering exclusive breakfast masterclasses to Rare clients, showcasing Rare’s award-winning software and effective positive hiring programmes. The first masterclass, kindly hosted by our client Eversheds Sutherland, will give graduate recruitment and diversity teams the chance to hear from Rare founder and MD, Raph Mokades, before taking a facilitated walk through our Contextual Recruitment System (CRS). We will look at how Rare’s CRS allows firms to get in front of the highly qualified diverse candidates they often otherwise miss.
Our second masterclass will be at leading publisher Hachette UK, who will give recruiters the inside scoop on Fresh Chapters, the 8 week internship and 12 month traineeship programmes exclusively targeting BME Rare candidates. Attendees can expect to learn crucial insights from Rare and Hachette on best practice for positive action internships and overcoming the challenges which can arise. Under Chatham House rules, we will hold a free discussion to share and explore your positive action aims, followed by a Q&A session with Rare and Hachette.
Rare’s masterclass series was launched in 2013 as a response to client demand for in-person training and information sharing from our expertise from over a decade of recruiting and developing the best diverse candidates across the UK.
There are limited spaces left for clients who might like to join us at either masterclass – please contact Ayesha.Burnett@rarerecruitment.co.uk as soon as possible to reserve your spot.
