We have a database of almost ten thousand people who are at secondary school, or at university, or who have graduated. We work on apprenticeship, internship and graduate programmes. We use our cutting-edge contextual data to identify brilliant people from non-traditional backgrounds. We use our three-stage, in-person assessment process to make sure we send the right people to you and we use our one-on-one relationships with candidates to give them the personal development they need to compete in your processes with people from much more privileged backgrounds. And doing all this, we’ve helped hundreds and hundreds of brilliant people get into the best universities and the best jobs in the world.

We have designed and run hundreds of events for top diverse students in the last twelve years. We love working with clients to create incredible events that bring employer brands to life and provide amazing candidate experiences. Every Rare event is different and every one receives the combination of love, expertise and attention to detail which, in our experience, makes events great.
Targeted recruitment campaigns
We design and implement bespoke recruitment campaigns for specific client programmes. We use careers services, student societies and our deep one-on-one relationships with diverse students to deliver outstanding results.
Bespoke development programmes
We have designed and created a number of specialist development programmes in-house to help candidates hone particular key skills required for particular career paths. There are five development programmes and a series of introductory career programmes: Civil Service SDIP Coaching Programme, Articles, Consult, Invest, Discuss and the Rare Foundations Series, which focus on Banking, Consulting, Law and Technology.
